سالباخ هنترجليم ليوجانج (النمسا). إنبهر جميع الحاضرين لسيرك الجليد في سالباخ هنترجليم ليوجانج بالمحركات الدائرة وبكم المشاهير الذين حضروا الحفلات الساخنة التي أقيمت في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الماضية، عندما تسابق 24 فريقاً دولياً للفوز في المباراة النهائية للبطولة الثالثة لـ SWATCH Snow Mobile Festival والتي أقيمت في "مونت كارلو جبال الألب" والتي كانت مغطاة بالكامل بالجليد. وكانت المفاجأة الكبرى في البطولة هي حصول فريق دبي سبورت سيتي من الإمارات العربية المتحدة على المركز السادس في وقت لم يتوقف فيه نزول الجليد أثناء السباق.

MINERALNJE VODY (RUSSIA) Wearing a wing-suit, Valery Rozov of Russia flew off of the Summit of Kukurtlu, which is the part of mount Elbrus, Europe's highest mountain in the western Caucasus on September 10. It was the highest jump in Europe and gave the 43-year-old parachute champion a new European record, which will be difficult to beat.

Mat Rebeaud (CH) flew to victory in front of 20,000 fans at the third stop of Red Bull X-Fighters 2008 in Fort Worth, Texas. Twelve members of the FMX world elite brought the historic Stockyards district of the city on saturday to boiling point cowboy style on their high-octane steeds. ‘Sputnik’ flew unaided a distance of 17.6kms, which is the longest recorded flight distance in a wingsuit ever undertaken, gliding from above the edge of Inis Mor over Galway Bay to Connemara regional airport near Inverin in Co Galway. Sputnik also beat the flight time of the Aer Arann Islander passenger aircraft, which travels this route daily in seven minutes, by a full 75 seconds.
